Why Arminianism is So Destructive and Against Right Salvation Doctrine

Being steeped in Arminianism, you think it's up to the human will to push and teach people to be saved, so you miss the supernatural aspect of salvation, that it's God who causes us to accept salvation. Perhaps ironically, this makes our job of telling them the gospel, itself, more important and teaching them the ways of God before they are saved not only less important but maybe even counterproductive, because it causes the unregenerate to think that salvation *is* the progress of the human soul in the things of God.  Salvation is acceptance of what Christ has done, and our progress toward His things is a result of salvation and not its cause.
