Active Love from God Heals the Falsely Taught
I like to always tell the Church to become experts on salvation doctrine, because that's how we know who's who, and it all unfolds from there. 1 Corinthians 15:1-8 has salvation by belief in the tenets of the gospel: Jesus' death *for our sin* (according to the Scriptures - see how it unfolds into prophecy and the reliability of the descriptions made about it in the Scriptures), and the burial, Resurrection and subsequent witness. Romans 10:9-10 has salvation by verbally confessing Master Jesus, AND sanctification or a tendency toward righteousness by (in the heart!) believing the Resurrection! That one still wows me. And it all unfolds into proper theology when we simply believe the simple, first things heartily! Don't let your scars keep you from believing anything - we know the voice of the Spirit Who raised Christ from the dead, that He is good and right - He won't hurt you in terrible ways, even if He deems it good to beat you for your own good or, like Job said: Even if He kills me, I will still trust Him! *That's* strong faith.. It's based on close, loving, honest and sincere depth of knowledge in relationship with God. Study His promises and how He cares for you. Don't try to rip off Israel's promises, like some say. He has many good things for us, too! Know His will for you is good, and He will give you knowledge or the ability to help another - better and better as you draw near to Him and He draws near to you. *That's* bot faith and active love.
