Sin and Sanctification from the New Nature of Saved Ones

If you believe and confess and are saved in accordance with Scripture, then you will have a new nature, be glad of your salvation and of the domination God gives His own over our sins, and you will do right in accordance with your new nature, the guidance of the Holy Spirit of Life who raised Christ from the dead, and you will begin to imitate our Master Jesus the Christ.  Believing the Resurrection is not only a part of salvation but also of sanctification.  You gain righteousness by believing the Resurrection of the Christ (Romans 10:9b-10:10a).
