Explanations of Police Treason with Illegal Pretense of Authority in Questioning

Doesn't police questioning, as it's usually done, misrepresent the law by false authority, since the law recognizes that the right to remain silent (or speak, with total freedom to speak and remain silent at will) comes from outside the law (as all rights do; privileges are from the law)?  The police officers and detectives cannot have authority from the law to compel speech.  Any law that attempts to give such authority immediately contends with that higher authority that gave the right, which fundamental law, so long as it has not been overturned according to the law, has admitted to and has bowed itself to.  Therefore, police questioning which pretends authority to question is illegal, and it commits the crime of treason, because it attempts, by the uniform, to undermine the law which bowed to the extra-legal authority that gave the right, and it is therefore a systemic damage and a betrayal of legal structure, itself.  A police officer who pretends to authority not possessed damages the law, which is an existential threat to the country.

Of course, questions are not illegal in and of themselves, but a campaign should be created to disseminate the knowledge that the right of free speech bars everyone from making legal decisions against a person who uses that freedom.  Also, unless the threats and faulty logic is removed, interrogation rooms have no legal purpose.  Also, a police officer would do well to develop other, more direct means of gathering evidence, so long as they don't interfere with rights or with law; relying on suspicions of falsehood from answers that come from questioning which shouldn't be counted on as proper procedure in the first place weakens the police officer's thought process, integrity and motivation to perform work at a much greater level competence.  The devastation of legal strength by shady practices must stop for the sake of the people and for the sake of the integrity of the country's legal framework, which is integral to the country's existence.
