God's Justice Works but Worldly Psychology is Failed Paganism

Paganism is at the core of psychological techniques that modify behavior by making the perpetrator experience what his victims do.  An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth sounds to the Pagan of today like it sounded to the Pagan of ages past like a valid and useful justice system, but Christ teaches to turn the other cheek to the cheek striker and to give more to the thief, because only God's love changes hearts.  Then, at the very end of things, He simply destroys the rest and does not practice any lie of trying to change them through psychological manipulation (which mere manipulation is more surface than affects on the spirit).
