Presidents Trump and Biden are Both Producing Evil

In "Good Cop, Bad Cop", both cops are on the same side and acting against another side.  President Trump is "Good Cop" to President Biden's "Bad Cop", but neither behave as Christians should.  If either is saved as Christ knows it, then good, but Christians have a higher standard of behavior than Worldlings.  If Christ knows that either is saved, such as President Trump might seem (though I've not heard him say that he believes the gospel or say that Jesus is Master), then any saved person must be reproved, rebuked and exhorted with all longsuffering and righteous doctrine, and they must be shunned if they continue in sin (such as lust and greed, just to name a couple).  The unsaved are only to be walked about circumspectly, with gentleness and wisdom, so that the Christian's reaction to the World is different from the Christian's reaction to the Church.  In either case, we must practice righteous judgment, not thinking ourselves are better...

God's Gentleness is Stronger than Human Willfullness

Shattering expectations reaps a limited benefit, but slowly leading through change is better.  God tenderly gives us time to change a little each day.  Compared with the arrogant prodding of the violent father, His method is better, because it allows the internal structure to solidify, instead of creating firmness on only the outside.  It's slower to go wide, but it reaches deeper in its change.  God's goodness makes everyone He graces glad.

How Solid Our Hope in Christ Is

Hope is not probabilistic.  It is definite, and it's based on certain knowledge of future events sprung from certain faith in the producers and the origins of those events.  The World thinks that hope is a delicate delusion, broken by the acquisition of a knowledge that's not worth knowing.  How wrong they are, and how solid is the hope that's built on the faith we Christians have in our Master Jesus!

After Preparing with Prayer and Belief, Do

Dear Christian, be careful that you don't use prayer as an excuse not to act.  There is a time for action, after you believe that God gives you the outcome of your good prayer.  After preparing with prayer and belief of God's benefit to you about the thing (so long as the thing is according to His will, and every good and complete gift is according to His will), do.

How to Tell Your Loved Ones about Christ

Not being able to easily tell your loved ones about Christ is a common problem, sadly.  We know it was a problem that Paul knew about, because  He said, "I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, because it's the power of God of salvation for everyone who believes" (Romans 1:16). There's two sides to it: the strength of your own faith, understanding and emotions about what you're saying about God and your expectations (whether they are true or false) about the reaction from the person you're talking to about God. First, understand what you intend to say and how your words apply to your real life (don't just mimic or say what you've heard but practice the meaning of the words).  Understand what Christ has done for you - how He became sin, even though He never sinned, and how death is only the result of sin.  He never would have had to die, even of old age (and angels would have held Him up from falling and breaking a bone).  Even more serious than physi...

I Cannot See the Fear of Covid - A Refutation of Materialism

While fear permeates societies concerning the Novel Coronavirus (with its variants), the place where I live is remarkably normal, even though cases are supposedly detected (are they still over-cycling them?) and deaths are attributed to it. God protects us from it by being over the minds and eyes and in the hearts of His own to not fear it. This refutes materialism..

The World Gives to Fiction the Praise that Christians Should Give to Our Master Jesus

From "Steelheart", by Brandon Sanderson ______________ He wore black.  A shirt tight across an inhumanly strong and large chest.  Pants loose but not baggy.  He didn't wear a mask, like some early Epics did, but a magnificent silver cape fluttered out behind him.  He didn't need a mask.  This man had no reason to hide.  He spread his arms out from his sides, and wind blew the doors open around him.  Ash scattered across the floor, and papers fluttered.  Steelheart rose into the air a few inches, cape flaring out.  He began gliding forward into the room. Arms like steel girders.  Legs like mountains.  Neck like a tree stump.  He wasn't bulky or awkward, though.  He was majestic, with that jet black hair, that square jaw, an impossible physique, and a frame of nearly seven feet!  And those eyes - intense, demanding, uncompromising eyes! ______________ Consider this description of a fictional character, how it is high pr...

The Difference in Leadership Between the Church and the World

A great leader of the World exudes strength mixed with pride, basing their leadership on themselves. A great leader of the Church exudes strength mixed with humility, basing their leadership on Master Jesus, The Christ, The Son of God, The Son of Man, King of Kings, Master of Masters, The Eternal God, Blessed Forever, Our Rock, Our Redeemer, Our Fortress, He With Whom We Have To Do.

The Nuance of Spirit-Led Legality Doesn't Need Written Law to Keep Within Righteous Bounds

The possibility of going past God's written law's boundary is not a possibility of shattering all His boundaries.  Even though we are not under the written ordinance, we are under the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus.  Just because I make the decision to loot the corpse of the person I righteously killed without murdering, that doesn't mean I should steal generally or that I should break every one of the Ten Commandments just because I want to.  God still hates lies, so, because of my new nature, I don't want to lie and cannot find any good or use in it. There is repentance from sin against the Law of the Spirit of Life, and we simply don't need the writings to tell us what we should and shouldn't do.

Help the Church Instead of the World

Why don't we who are Christ's Church need to help the World?  Because, on the one hand, they are given to their own ways, and on the other hand, God protects us from their ways.  They are the enemies of God, and our willpower cannot change that, but He is our High Tower and our Fortress, in Whom we stand and in Whom we abide and have life. Help the siblings.  They can change and they can understand.

What are Physical Idols

Physical idols are masks in demonic cosplay.

False Image of Christ - Folksy Overlooker of Evil

Christ's forgiveness is not for the unbeliever, but for those who do what the Bible says to be saved - for those who are known by Him and who know He Who is God's Own Way.  Master Jesus does not encourage everyone  to feel alright with their corruption by way of human philosophies.  He is the slayer of corruption, defeating both Death and Hell, Whose white garment will be as though it were dyed red with the blood of His enemies. He, Who knew no sin, became sin to die for the sins of His enemies at the appropriate time.  We have this lifetime to accept His great salvation or die forever against our Creator.  At the appropriate time, He will slaughter His enemies. God works in mysterious ways, and His plan is perfect.  We cannot replace Him with our own folk hero.

Be Constrained, Particular and Straightforward in Decisions about Obviously Open, Emotion Driven Problems with General, Sweeping but Wrong-Headed Solutions

Why would the government expose itself to so much open cruelty against illegal immigrant detention methods?  It seems to me to be overly exposed and obvious.  One possible reason these savvy people would not hide it more is that they are looking to create an emotional and near-sighted reaction with an outcome that legislates open borders.  Open borders mean severely lessened national security.  The problem is not immigrant law.  Remember, they don't NEED to keep these people in extreme conditions (laying on the floor, packed together with inches between them, with cage doors).  So, react to the particular reality problem and not to the sweeping, emotion driven, constrained news-voice driven, and limited choice that they will probably be "giving" us a little later (eg. "Open the borders for these wretched people OR Follow the HATE law" - well, follow the hate law if that's how THEY put it).  Nuanced decisions - and in this case, with so much money being...

The Evil Worldly Philosophy of Fear

The Worldly philosophy of Psychology praises fear as a survival instinct.  Combined with the Worldly philosophy of Evolution's "Survival of the Fittest" idea, fear seems to be a good thing.  But the Bible says that fear is against love.  The Christian must believe the Bible while standing against the pervasive idea that the World brings about fear. As the World builds its philosophy on the basis of general acceptation that fear is good and useful, I imagine that it will begin creating wicked and hurtful scenarios that are pushed as useful due to their inclusion of an element of fear.  It is easy to imagine that it may even one day be highly pressed or mandatory to accept and defend fear and its survival scenarios as good. The more you learn from the Bible and practice godly love, dear Church, the more awareness you will have to counteract the evil World's philosophy of fear.

Details of Other Gospels Contrasting with the Biblical Gospel - Wesley and the Social Gospel

Wesley knew that he was running into a contradiction, but he just couldn't hammer out the details.  He knew faith is all that salvation is based on (and we shouldn't forget that single work that is the natural outcome of that faith - calling on the name of the Master to be saved by confessing with the mouth Master Jesus), but he also knew that we who are saved gain righteousness, which he wrongly intermixed with salvation doctrine to seem like righteousness is a prerequisite of salvation, or that the righteous are the ones God calls.  Righteousness, however, according to the Scriptures, is gained by the already justified, born again believer who specifically believes (that is, continues to consider) Christ's Resurrection (Romans 10:9b-10a)!  It has to do with contemplation of the Spirit of Life Who raised Christ from the dead, Who is with us believers (already saved by the real gospel), and Who teaches the mind of Christ to us who are actually saved by the gospel of belie...

Master Jesus The Truth is Our Life and Relationships with Others is Not

The World replaces God with relationships of different types.  Their fear of living seems to be comforted, and they seem to have their needs met, with these relationships. God wants us to relate with each other, but He doesn't want us to look for ultimate fulfillment in anyone except Him. As the World subtly pressures and overtly teaches us all (both World and Church) that we must be harmed and psychologically strange without all the types of relationships in all the ways they dictate, do not forget, dear Church, to abide in Christ.  Our Master is our life.  If we try to follow the World's pattern, we will suffer against our own nature.

Do Rightly, Church, Regardless of Worldly Teaching, And Gain Power against Acts of Worldly Domination

A family farm has been banned at the farmer's market because they refused to host a homosexual wedding.  What a tragedy, and what a control device wielded by the World!  If that farm didn't officiate any weddings, then there would be issue in the first place, and the farmer's market wouldn't have any cause - even in their own minds - to mix business with individual choices like this choice to not do business; the farmer's market is choosing not to do business due to their ethical choice to exert pressure to change the farm's moral choice to not do business - the irony outlines the hypocrisy and ultimate failure of logic of the pressure. One answer in this particular case would have been if the farm didn't do any of what society calls "marriage", which is a tax contract between exactly two people, and if they only did religious, Christian marriage, which is a particular, God-given action that brings two people of the opposite sex together, regardles...
