Subsidies to Raise - Teaching Kitchen

Subsidize a teaching kitchen. They bring ingredient money plus a dollar and don't learn with the mind only, but viscerally experience, over and over again, the action that brings continued knowledge. They'll take the pizza home, and eat for less than they'd buy it. They could have done it at home, but we've been trained away from experiencing what, for some of us, is quite hard to acquire for lack of necessity in modern life. But, if people get together, and if something else is attached, semi-randomly - on a rotating basis, perhaps - and if we have an enjoyable time as well as getting a better meal than we normally would (that's a big key not to forget, eh!), then it might just be worth the subsidy. It will help the poor in skill subsist at a higher level than they thought. Wonderful!
